Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom was our long day and we were completely worn out, but it was well worth it!  The castle and it's surrounding area is beautiful, though Sarah, Elly, and Selah were slightly disappointed that there isn't more to it inside! :)

The main goal of the day was for Elly and Selah to meet Elsa and Anna and Sarah was bound and determined to meet Cinderella (and Belle, but that happened at Epcot)!

Anna was full of energy! As she was signing all the children's books she told William, "Oh! I do believe your library is every bit as large as Princess Belle's!"

We had a good time at the Winnie the Pooh ride and Pooh and Tigger were lots of fun!  Piglet came shortly after we left but we decided to move on and not get in line again.

Playing in the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse, a much needed water break, and defeating Evil Emperor Zurg at Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin...

Merida was a lot of fun!  When we met her, Michael stayed out with the sleepers so we weren't all there.  Merida took one look at us and in her fun Scottish accent exclaimed, "Oh, my!  Are you all in the same clan?!" She told funny stories about her 3 brothers and the children had fun shooting the bow and arrow.

At Silly Pete's Sideshow we met Daisy, Donald, Goofy, and Minnie.  We also met an incredibly nice Guest Services Rep named Kelly.  She was very kind to us and really took to William.  She helped us through the line to meet Daisy, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, and Ariel, then she saved us a great spot later that evening for the Electrical Parade!  When William got cool in the evening, she brought him a souvenir towel to cover up with.  She was especially sweet and we enjoyed talking with her.

The evening shows were pretty spectacular and worth staying for.  We especially loved the Electrical Parade because William could actually follow it as it moved!  Very exciting!  I wish we would have gotten a video of his face!
"Celebrate the Magic" was an intriguing show where lights projected onto the castle changed scenes with music coinciding with different Disney movies.

The castle is also beautiful at night.

The best part was watching William watch everything go by!

Animal Kingdom

We had not planned on going to Animal Kingdom, but everyone we talked to insisted it was so wonderful we simply MUST go, so we did.  We didn't stay long, but we were all glad we went.  The Kilimanjaro Safari was a lot of fun and so was the dinosaur area.

Trust me, the water refresher was very much needed! :)

More on Hollywood Studios

Although we enjoyed Hollywood Studios, it was extremely HOT!  The week we were there, Orlando was experiencing extreme record highs.  Go figure!

Mike and Sully were lots of fun!

Sully liked to try to scare the older children, or at least take them by surprise.  He came up behind Sydnee and engulfed her in a big hug and surprised her greatly!

He almost got Sarah, too, but she had the baby! :)

After going back to GKTW for a refreshing nap and change of clothes, we were able to return in the cooler part of the day and enjoy the evening!

Everyone had lots of fun at the "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" playground!

We thoroughly enjoyed the "Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular"!  Lots of explosions, fight scenes, and acrobatics.  It was quite interesting!
